Terms and Conditions for Returns Policy

• RETURN POLICY : 

Dear Customer,

It is continuous endeavor of Ethnics of Kutch to make shopping as much assured and convenient for its customer. 

RETURNS POLICY :

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery of order. 

However, it is a humble request to contact us at +91-9426813531 before returning the products to enable us to try and address your concern. 

For locations which are not serviceable for return shipping, customer is required to arrange return ship through India Post or mutually agreed mode of shipping back.

Shipping cost will be refunded upon sending payment receipt to Ethnics of Kutch by E Mail or WhatApp through the payment modes mutually convenient.

Refund will be issued provided the order is returned by customer in original condition as delivered.

SHIPPING POLICY : 

Order will be generally shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Order may be dispatched through Private Courier or India Post depending upon the delivery location and volume of package. It will be responsibility of Ethnics of Kutch to  ensure that products reach safely into the hands to Customer.
